Data Corrections Policy

How Canadian AI reviews, revises and communicates material corrections to analytical outputs and source data.

Canadian AI Intelligence Landscape

Data Corrections Policy

Canadian AI periodically reviews underlying sources, analytical assumptions, classifications and presentation logic used in the Intelligence Landscape.

Historical revisions

Historical estimates may be revised when new evidence becomes available, when a source provider revises underlying information, when a methodology improvement materially changes an output, or when an error is identified.

Material corrections

Material corrections will be identified with an updated data-status date. Where practical, Canadian AI will distinguish a source-data revision from a Canadian AI model or presentation correction.

Methodology changes

Model assumptions and analytical methods may evolve as source coverage, recency or geographic specificity improves. A methodology change is not necessarily an error; material changes that affect interpretation may be reflected in the Methodology & Legal page or data-status notes.

Reporting a potential issue

To report a possible source, transcription, classification or calculation issue, email info@canadianai.ai with the page, jurisdiction, metric, date and supporting source or explanation. Canadian AI may request additional information before determining whether a correction is required.

No guarantee of historical immutability

The Intelligence Landscape is an evolving analytical product. Users should record the displayed data-status date when citing a result and should not assume that a historical modelled estimate will remain unchanged after new evidence or methodology improvements.
